FunTeam Alberta promotes family oriented, low cost, and less competitive sport to be enjoyed by participants of all skill levels. We are an inclusive organization that encourage any activity to be FUN for the participants, parents, coaches, volunteers and the rest of the community!
The Camrose Fun Hockey Club is our local 'Pond' Hockey team for children primarily aged 6-14 We are a fun, family oriented, non-contact, non-competitive hockey team that plays in and around the Camrose area. To register you will have to go onto the Fun Team Alberta website and go to Camrose Fun Hockey.
Starting September 6th/2022 - October 25th/2022 our team practices will be every Tuesday from 5:00pm-6:30pm (there may be a slight time change during the season for one or two sessions but we will keep you notified of that if something changes)during the months of September and October. Our season fee this year is $165/per player, that includes a Jersey so please choose the right size when you register your child, socks will be an extra $10 but if you choose to purchase your own our team colors are royal blue and white. Full payment for all will not be required until the first day of practice (September 6). There will be a limit of 40 spots available to keep numbers manageable. Once the spaces are full, a waiting list will be made. Each completed registration form will have a spot held for them until payment is made prior to or on the first day of practice. We require one registration per player. Payment is best made by cheque payable to "Camrose Fun Hockey Club".

PLEASE NOTE: If interested we may be in need of long term volunteers to help fill spots on the admin team this year as a few parents have moved on. TIA
What to Bring
Full Equipment will be required:
Helmet, chest protector, hockey pants, elbow pads, chin pads, hockey gloves, groin protector, neck guard, skates...please make sure all equipment fits comfortably so your child can have a good hockey season experience as hockey equipment that is to big or to small can be uncomfortable.
Fees
Important: $10 of the listed registration fee covers your FunTeam membership which is required to join a FunTeam group. Please submit all of your fees to your Group Manager in a timely fashion as it is required to complete the registration process.
Our hockey fees are in our description, total will be $155/ per participant plus $10 that will cover the participants insurance so a total of $165.00 will be due the first day of our season September 6th, for further info you can contact our admin. department. Thank you.

Volunteering
FunTeam volunteers are our most valuable resource. We can’t thank you enough for your commitment to our programming and bringing our model of sport to your community.
Our Volunteers include 3 experienced Hockey coaches as well as two on ice helpers that have played hockey for many years, on our benches we will have two administration helpers to address any questions as well to help with any needs in the change rooms or on the bench.
