FunTeam Alberta promotes family oriented, low cost, and less competitive sport to be enjoyed by participants of all skill levels. We are an inclusive organization that encourage any activity to be FUN for the participants, parents, coaches, volunteers and the rest of the community!

FunTeam Alberta provides families with a low cost, and less competitive option to be enjoyed by participants of all skill levels. FunTeam Alberta provides a fun environment for participants to learn the skills of the game and encourages co-operation and fair play.

Welcome to Rosemary Rockets Hockey! 

Each team will practice on Tuesdays and will either have games scheduled for Saturdays.

The teams are grouped by age or in some cases skill level. The age ranges listed below are an approximation that depends on the number of participants in each age group.

Fees

Important: $10 of the listed registration fee covers your FunTeam membership which is required to join a FunTeam group. Please submit all of your fees to your Group Manager in a timely fashion as it is required to complete the registration process.

Skate pass (ages 6 and Under) $70.00
 
Skate Pass (ages 7 to 17) $100.00
 
Skate Pass (17 years plus) $125.00
 
Family Skate Pass $325.00
 
Hockey Fees $50.00 (includes $10 FunTeam Fee)

Volunteering

FunTeam volunteers are our most valuable resource. We can’t thank you enough for your commitment to our programming and bringing our model of sport to your community.

 

Volunteers are essential to the success of our program for you children. 

We need the following volunteers to make Rosemary Rockets Hockey a success:

  • Someone to organize the jerseys and socks
  • Someone to help with organizing team/individual pictures
  • Referees for games
  • Someone from each team to run the score clock

This is the rookies of our group. They are taught the basics of hockey and will develop their skills as the season progresses. We do appreciate that kids be able to skate and get up on their own as this helps the coaches to work with all the players.
