FunTeam Alberta promotes family oriented, low cost, and less competitive sport to be enjoyed by participants of all skill levels. We are an inclusive organization that encourage any activity to be FUN for the participants, parents, coaches, volunteers and the rest of the community!

The Caroline Lil Tykes Funteam Soccer is a non-profit organization focused on providing a fun, affordable activity that is accessible to all children ages 2 to 5. We aim to encourage a healthy lifestyle, foster friendships, and develop skills by creating a strictly recreational, less-competitive opportunity through non-contact sport. Safety and fun are of paramount importance. To ensure safety, the level of play will be lowered to that of the least-skilled player on each team.
There is no fundraising requirement with our group.
The season will run from May 9th 2023 to June 29th 2023. Tuesdays and Thursdays 3:30pm to 4:30pm. We will celebrate the close of our season with a Year End Event.

What to Bring
Please make sure you send your child with weather appropriate clothing, running shoes and a water bottle.
Fees
Important: $10 of the listed registration fee covers your FunTeam membership which is required to join a FunTeam group. Please submit all of your fees to your Group Manager in a timely fashion as it is required to complete the registration process.
In order to register your child there is a season fee of $30 a child.
$10.00 is to cover the Alberta Fun Team Fees
$20.00 is to cover the costs of team shirts, as well as the year end event.
If you are already part of a FunTeam Group , you will not need to pay this $10 fee again; it will be omitted from your balance at checkout.
We are committed to offering soccer to our community at an affordable price. Registration Fees cover Operational Costs (equipment and supplies, etc.) and help facilitate the Year End BBQ.
Please note that the registration process is incomplete until your balance is paid in full. Payment should be made no later than April 17th, 2023. Participants with outstanding balances remaining the first day your team meets will unfortunately not be allowed to join in on the fun.

Volunteering
FunTeam volunteers are our most valuable resource. We can’t thank you enough for your commitment to our programming and bringing our model of sport to your community.
For us to be able to keep fun activities for the younger children in the community, it requires volunteers to help the program run. If you are interested in becoming a volunteer, please reach out!
