FunTeam Alberta promotes family oriented, low cost, and less competitive sport to be enjoyed by participants of all skill levels. We are an inclusive organization that encourage any activity to be FUN for the participants, parents, coaches, volunteers and the rest of the community!
Tilley Tigers FunTeam Hockey is a proud member of FunTeam Alberta, which promotes family orientated, low cost, less competitive sports, to provide FUN activities for all participants, volunteers and families. At Tilley we like to emphasize on sportsmanship, team work and skill development, while providing a safe and FUN environment for players to progress at their own pace without the worries of not getting play time. The coaches work with players to build their confidence, while supporting team inclusion and making sure everyone has an equal opportunity.
Tilley Tigers FunTeam Hockey is a volunteer run program, assistance if reffing and score keeping will be required.

What to Bring
The following hockey equipment is required to play:
-Helmet
-Neck Guard
-Shoulder pads
-Elbow pads
-Hockey pants
-Athletic jock
-Shin Pads
-Skates
-Gloves
-Practice socks and Jersey
-Water Bottle
**Game socks will be issued at the beginning of the seasons and game jerseys will be issued before each game**
Note: some arenas maybe colder, it is recommended to dress in layers. Having a thin pair of gloves and a toque that can be worn under the equipment is also recommended.
Fees
Important: $10 of the listed registration fee covers your FunTeam membership which is required to join a FunTeam group. Please submit all of your fees to your Group Manager in a timely fashion as it is required to complete the registration process.
Creating a FunTeam account does not automatically register you for a team. Please follow the appropriate steps. Once you have registered for a team please send E-transfer payments to tilleytigerhockey@hotmail.com

Volunteering
FunTeam volunteers are our most valuable resource. We can’t thank you enough for your commitment to our programming and bringing our model of sport to your community.
Anybody wanting to help on the ice or dressing rooms this year will be required to register with FunTeam Alberta and will also need to provide a Criminal Record Check. Please contact Jason if you are interested in volunteering.
