FunTeam Alberta promotes family oriented, low cost, and less competitive sport to be enjoyed by participants of all skill levels. We are an inclusive organization that encourage any activity to be FUN for the participants, parents, coaches, volunteers and the rest of the community!
Welcome to Sangudo fun hockey!
In keeping with Fun Team Alberta principles and values, our focus is on FUN in hockey. We welcome players from 5-17 years old, Co-Ed Recreational, Non-Contact Hockey, with zero to lots of experience, as well as volunteers. We focus on developing individual skills, as well as skills within our teams.
*All age groups –accept all skill levels whether you are new
to hockey or excel, beginner skater or are advanced! All skill levels welcome!
- Littles Ages 5 to 7
- Middle Jr. Ages 8-11
- Middle Sr. Ages 12-14
There is 1 practice a week and 1 game on Saturdays. Practices for the Mid Sr. team usually run Tuesdays and the Littles and Mid Jr. teams run Thursday. Practice times will be determined prior to the first practice and game schedules distributed when available. Practices to start mid October in Sangudo.

Fees
Important: $10 of the listed registration fee covers your FunTeam membership which is required to join a FunTeam group. Please submit all of your fees to your Group Manager in a timely fashion as it is required to complete the registration process.
The total cost of fees for the season is $215 plus the $10 fee for a Fun Team membership that is required for each player.
Fees can be paid by cash, cheque, or e-transfer. When paying by e-transfer please send to sangudominorsports@gmail.com Please include player name(s) first & last in the memo. Cheques can be written out to Sangudo Minor Sports. Cheques and cash payments can be dropped off at the Sangudo ATB.
Please
note that the Registration fees must be paid in full prior to your child's

Volunteering
FunTeam volunteers are our most valuable resource. We can’t thank you enough for your commitment to our programming and bringing our model of sport to your community.
We welcome all Coaches/Team Managers who are willing to complete a Vulnerable Sector check. Checks are required once every 3 years and must be provided to the Registrar prior to the first practice.
*All coaches on the ice are required to wear a helmet and skates, must have current Vulnerable Sector check (every 3 years).
