Description
FunTeam Alberta promotes family oriented, low cost, and less competitive sport to be enjoyed by participants of all skill levels. We are an inclusive organization that encourage any activity to be FUN for the participants, parents, coaches, volunteers and the rest of the community!
Registration is not first-come-first-served. While
priority is given to returning and local players first and then to new players,
we try to accommodate as many kids as possible.
Tentative Start Date is October 23rd, 2024. The
season goes to approximately mid-March.
Players will be divided into teams according to age and
skill level determined by coaches.
Wednesday Practice Times:
- Rookies
(Birth Year 2017-2020) -- 5 pm - 6 pm
- Juniors
(Birth Year 2014-2016) -- 6 pm - 7 pm
- Intermediate
(Birth Year 2011-2013) -- 7:15 pm - 8:15 pm
- Senior
(Birth Year 2007-2010) -- TBD
Saturday Practice/Home Game Times:
- Rookies (Birth
Year 2017-2020) -- 12:15 pm - 1:15 pm
- Juniors (Birth
Year 2014-2016) -- 10:45 am - 12:00 pm
- Intermediate (Birth
Year 2011-2013) -- 9 am - 10:30 am
- Senior (Birth Year 2007-2010) -- TBD
Registration Fees:
- ROOKIES: $300 per player
- JUNIORS: $375 per player
- INTERMEDIATE: $375 per player
- SENIORS: $375 per player

Fees
Important: $10 of the listed registration fee covers your FunTeam membership which is required to join a FunTeam group. Please submit all of your fees to your Group Manager in a timely fashion as it is required to complete the registration process.
- Confirmation Email - We've received your registration information (insert happy dance!).
- Payment + Information Email - After we have our players placed into teams, we'll email payment instructions, Heja app codes, and any other pertinent information.
- $ 10 - FunTeam Alberta Membership/Insurance (required to join a FunTeam group).
- $290 / $365 - This partially covers Tilley Arena ice time, jerseys, jersey name bars, socks, any needed equipment maintenance/replacements, stickers, individual and team photos, and other expenses.
