FunTeam Alberta promotes family oriented, low cost, and less competitive sport to be enjoyed by participants of all skill levels. We are an inclusive organization that encourage any activity to be FUN for the participants, parents, coaches, volunteers and the rest of the community!
Rose City Fun Team Hockey is a relaxed, encouraging hockey program from kids ages 6-14. We will focus on skills, practice, and game play in a non-competitive environment where every player is supported and encouraged to grow at their own pace.
5 Thursdays - Feb 12, Feb 19, Feb 26, Mar 12, Mar 26, 2026 from 3:30-4:45 on the Max McLean Arena in Camrose, AB
Participants must be able to skate the length of the ice unassisted before signing up.
Note registration won’t be considered complete (and spot held) until payment is received.

Fees
Important: $10 of the listed registration fee covers your FunTeam membership which is required to join a FunTeam group. Please submit all of your fees to your Group Manager in a timely fashion as it is required to complete the registration process.
$85 for the 5 sessions. This includes the FunTeam Insurance.

Volunteering
FunTeam volunteers are our most valuable resource. We can’t thank you enough for your commitment to our programming and bringing our model of sport to your community.
The team will be ran by a volunteer manager - Lanna Sigfusson
and volunteer coach Jon Hironaka.
If you'd like to volunteer as a coach, please note that you will have to submit a criminal record check.
Please contact Lanna if you'd like to volunteer in some capacity.
If you have a valid first aid and wouldn't mind being available at the rink during the sessions, please let Lanna know.
