Description
FunTeam Alberta promotes family oriented, low cost, and less competitive sport to be enjoyed by participants of all skill levels. We are an inclusive organization that encourage any activity to be FUN for the participants, parents, coaches, volunteers and the rest of the community!
Fun hockey with an emphasis on sportsmanship and skill development. Practices on Wednesday evenings, games 2 to 3 times per month.
Our proposed age groups for the year are:
- 5-7
- 8-10
- 11-13
- 14+
We are flexible in accommodating players of ranging skill level to participate in an age group that they may feel more comfortable participating in.
The younger age groups will practice at the Torrington Ron Gorr Memorial Arena while the 14+ age group will practice at the Three Hills Centennial Arena.
What to Bring
Full Hockey equipment.
Fees
Important: $10 of the listed registration fee covers your FunTeam membership which is required to join a FunTeam group. Please submit all of your fees to your Group Manager in a timely fashion as it is required to complete the registration process.
- Rookies age 5 to 7 - $110
- All others participants - $160

FunTeam volunteers are our most valuable resource. We can’t thank you enough for your commitment to our programming and bringing our model of sport to your community.
We are looking for more coaches and managers. Also in need of tournament helpers. Register as a volunteer to help us out this season!
